On the home screen, type a name and tap Add. Tap the pencil next to a name to edit it, or the ✕ to remove it. Drag a player to change the order. Colors are assigned automatically.

How many players do I need?

At least 2. Each game has its own limits, between 2 and 12 players. The game list shows the range for each game.
